Elisabeth Voelker, MBA, CHSE
Elisabeth Voelker is Director of the Rural Northern California Clinical Simulation Center (Rural SimCenter), where she provides leadership for simulation-based education and collaborates with healthcare and academic partners throughout Northern California. She has devoted more than 17 years to advancing healthcare simulation and strengthening partnerships that support healthcare education across the region. Dedicated to making simulation meaningful, she focuses on building collaboration, confidence, and clinical excellence.

Leadership and Experience
As Director of the Rural SimCenter, Elisabeth has played a pivotal role in the center's growth as a regional resource for healthcare collaboration throughout Northern California. The center also serves as the lead organization for the Rural Northern Association of Simulation Centers (RNASC). She has supported partnerships among California State University, Chico, Enloe Health, Oroville Hospital, and numerous healthcare organizations and educational institutions across the North State.
She is currently guiding the center through its fourth cycle of SSH accreditation. Her work with the center spans all four accreditation cycles since the Rural SimCenter first achieved accreditation in 2010 as the seventh simulation center in the world to do so.
